I lost my card. What do I do?

You are responsible for whatever is checked out on your card.  If you lose it in a public place or if there's any possibility that someone else has it, please call us (600-READ) right away and have it set to lost.  This way no one can use it.  This includes you.  After a card is set to lost, to use it again you will need to go into any of our branches and show ID.  It costs $2 to get a new card.  Even if you don't have your card set to lost, if you want a new card you will need to come into any of our branches, show ID and pay $2.
